1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WOD X mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, alongside associated online services provided by the WOD X team ("we", "our", "us").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not download, install, or use WOD X.
2. Physical Fitness & Medical Health Disclaimer
CRITICAL HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISORY:
WOD X is an athletic logging, countdown timer, and barbell loading tool. WOD X DOES NOT provide medical advice, clinical diagnostics, or personalized medical treatment. Participating in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and vigorous conditioning carries inherent physical risks of cardiovascular stress and musculoskeletal injury.
Prior to initiating any physical exercise regime or drastically increasing your training weights, you should consult a licensed physician or qualified health provider.
By using WOD X, you acknowledge and affirm that:
- You are in adequate physical condition to engage in high-intensity exercise.
- You train voluntarily at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for any physical fatigue, strain, or injury.
- WOD X and its developers bear no liability for any accident, injury, or physical incident resulting from your athletic workouts.
3. User Account & Registration Security
To synchronize your workout data across devices and preserve your Personal Records history, you may register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details and keep your email address updated.
- Safeguard your authentication credentials and linked login access (Apple ID / Google).
- Be at least 14 years old (or the legal age of majority required in your country).
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (IAP)
WOD X offers a core free experience and optional premium subscription tiers ("WOD X PRO"):
- Store Processing: All transactions, recurring subscriptions, and billing operations are conducted entirely through Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period, subscriptions renew automatically for the same cycle and fee.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Settings (under Subscriptions) or Google Play Store account (under Payments & Subscriptions).
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject exclusively to Apple and Google refund policies and must be initiated through their official customer support channels.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, interface graphics, software architecture, sound effects, source code, and design tokens of WOD X are the exclusive property of its creators and protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.
Trademark Notice: CrossFit® is a registered trademark owned by CrossFit, LLC. WOD X is an independent training utility developed for functional fitness enthusiasts and is not endorsed by or affiliated with CrossFit, LLC.
6. User Content & Community Guidelines
When submitting workout scores to community leaderboards or sharing workout media, you represent that:
- Your submissions do not infringe on intellectual property or third-party privacy.
- Your content is free of harassment, offensive, or unlawful material.
- You grant WOD X a non-exclusive license to display your public performance logs on community leaderboards according to your privacy settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for uncompromising timing accuracy and barbell math reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free execution under all network conditions.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, WOD X and its creators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Termination & Account Cancellation
You may terminate your agreement with us and request the deletion of your account at any time as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of WOD X, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
